20 minThis is what weeknight cooking should look like. Fast, filling and zero fuss.
Warm flour tortillas get piled high with shredded smoked turkey, black beans, crunchy coleslaw mix and melty pepper jack cheese, then hit with a drizzle of honey-spiked barbecue sauce that ties the whole thing together.
Sweet, smoky, crunchy and a little spicy all in one bite.
Twenty minutes from counter to table, and the kids can build their own, which means fewer complaints and more clean plates.
Kitchen Tips
- Use whole wheat tortillas for extra fiber and a nuttier flavor that pairs well with the smoky turkey.
- Warm the tortillas before loading them up. Cold tortillas crack and tear when you try to fold them.
- Skip the microwave for the sauce and just stir the honey and barbecue sauce together at room temperature if you’re really pressed for time.

In small saucepan, heat honey and barbecue sauce until hot (do not boil).
Place tortillas on plates and top evenly with beans, coleslaw mix, turkey and cheese.
