Ingredients

16 each habanero chiles stems and seeds removed
17 ounces plums canned
17 ounces apricots canned
1 cup pimentos canned
2 cups sugar
1 cup plum jam
1 cup white vinegar

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Simmer over a low heat for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
