Ingredients

2 cans corn kernels, canned whole
1/2 pound polish sausage
2 each celery stalks sliced
1 each onion chopped
1 each sweet red bell pepper chopped
1 pound red potatoes new, peeled, cut up
28 ounces chicken broth
1 pound broccoli florets cubed
2 cans soup, cream of broccolli
1 cup cream

Directions

Drain corn, reserve liquid.

In dutch oven, over medium heat, brown sausage, remove and drain.

In drippings sauté celery, onion, red pepper for 3 min.

Add corn liquid, potatoes, broth.

Bring to boil, simmer 5 min. Add broccoli, simmer.

Blend soup with cream, stir into soup, do not boil.

Serve with fresh bread and butter.

I add a dash of white worchestire sauce, and when I sauté the onion, etc.

I add a tablespoon of red pepper oil. This gives the soup a zing.

However, these two items are optional.

Crock.Pot Ribs

Very good, meat ended up very tender! I would suggest adding some more sauce about an hour before you take it out, besides that, it was very good.
