Ingredients

2 cups sugar snap peas
1/2 pound pasta
1/2 teaspoon saffron
2 tablespoons parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
1 x black pepper freshly ground

Directions

Cook peas until just render.

I cooked them in the in the micro wave for 1 1/2 minutes.

Cook pasta until al dente.

Combine peas and pasta in serving bowl.

Sprinkle with the saffron, pepper and cheese.

Mix and serve.

Herbed Breadsticks
