Ingredients

2/3 package yeast, active dry
p1/8 teaspoons ginger
1/8 teaspoon sugar
2 cups bread flour
1/3 cup whole-grain wheat flour
1 1/3 tablespoons gluten flour
2/3 teaspoon chili powder
2/3 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon garlic salt
2/3 cup refried beans canned
2 2/3 ounces cheese processed spread, mild, mexican
3/4 cup water very warm

Directions

Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed. Select white bread and push Start.

Jello Pudding Fudge

I am not sure what I did wrong. The mixture began to get thick, like pudding, before it ever came to a boil. Therefore, I could not follow the directions and allow it to boil for one minute. The result was like hot fudge topping for ice cream. I would like to know what I did wrong. The flavor was outstanding. It did not go to waste. I ran out and got some ice cream. But I would like to have fudge with the same incredible taste. vphillips
