| 6 | each | halibut fillets | or any firm white fish cut 3/4 inch thick |
| 1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | |
| 1/4 | cup | lemon juice | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | horseradish | |
| 1/2 | cup | swiss cheese | grated |
| 1/3 | cup | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | grated |
| 2 | tablespoons | onion | minced |
| 1 | dash | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) | |
| 1 | x | white pepper | to taste |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | garlic salt | |
| 2/3 | cup | potatoes | idahoan (dry flakes), mashed |
Preheat oven to 450.
Cover broiler pan with aluminum foil and grease well.
In med bowl mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, horseradish, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, hot pepper sauce and garlic salt.
Add white pepper to taste.
Fold in potato flakes and mix well. Spread mixture evenly over fish fillets.
Place fillets on brolier pan. Reduce oven temperture to 400; bake for 10-15 mins.
Turn oven to broil and cook until tops are golden brown.
Fish flakes when done.

This was a little hard to do.I found that the recipe was poorly layed out. But If you add dill to the fish when you bake it this recipe is well worth it. And do not make the sauce more then 15 min before use or it will thickin and clomp.
