Ingredients

4 each pork chops boneless
1 1/2 cup salsa
2 cups water
1 each macaroni and cheese box, deluxe shells

Directions

Fry the pork chops in a deep skillet. Remove the pork chops and place in the oven to keep warm.

In the skillet used to fry the pork chops, add the salsa and water. Bring to a boil. Add the macaroni. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the cheese and mix well. Place the pork chops on top of the macaroni. Cover and heat on low for 5 minutes.

Low-fat Blueberry Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies

All my family love cookies, so I always try to look for some low-fat, low calories but still yummy cookie recipes, this one definetly is my keeper, the cookies look beautiful and they are delicious too. I will make them again at Christmas.
