Ingredients

2 cups pasta, rotini tri-colored, cooked, drained
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup carrots sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
1/4 cup red onions sliced
8 ounces salad dressing, creamy ranch peppercorn

Directions

Mix pasta and vegetables.

Add dressing.

Refrigerate several hours.

Pumpkin Oat Bran Muffins

These are great heated with margarine! Cinnamon may be substituted for pumpkin pie spice. Bake these muffins at around 375-400 if you have a hot oven like I do, and only bake for 15-20 minutes. Great recipe!
