Ingredients

2teaspoons oregano
1can tomatoes plum*
3cloves garlicVideo
2tablespoons olive oilVideo
1/2teaspoon honeyVideo
1x pasta *

Directions

Saute garlic in a skillet with olive oil until they are brown at medium heat.

Reduce heat and add tomatoes, oregano and bay leaves.

Let it simmer until sauce is thick.

Serve on top of pasta.

Add honey to reduce acidity.
