Ingredients

2 each turkey thighs skinned, boned, cubed
8 ounces tomato sliced, undrained
2 each green bell pepper seeded and chopped
3 each jalapeno pepper or 1 tbl. chili powder
1 each onion chopped
1 each garlic clove minced
1/4 cup cilantro leaves chopped
1 tablespoon cocoa powder unsweetened, plain
2 teaspoons cumin seeds
1 x cumin ground
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Combine ingredients in a crock pot.

Cover and cook for 14 to 16 hrs at low heat.

Note: double the recipe to make 8 servings, and freeeze extras in single serving portions if desired.
