| 8 | ounces | tomato | sliced, undrained |
| 2 | each | green bell pepper | seeded and chopped |
| 3 | each | jalapeno pepper | or 1 tbl. chili powder |
| 1 | each | onion | chopped |
| 1 | each | garlic clove | minced |
| 1/4 | cup | cilantro leaves | chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | cocoa powder | unsweetened, plain |
| 2 | teaspoons | cumin seeds | |
| 1 | x | cumin | ground |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | cinnamon |
Combine ingredients in a crock pot.
Cover and cook for 14 to 16 hrs at low heat.
Note: double the recipe to make 8 servings, and freeeze extras in single serving portions if desired.

I just loved this recipe! I just addedan extra tsp of horseradish and only used 1 1/4 tsp of orange peel.
