| 4 | cans | black beans | undrained |
| 2 | cans | tomatoes | whole, undrained |
| 1 | large | onion | finely chopped |
| 2 | each | garlic cloves | |
| 2 | tablespoons | green peppercorns | in brine |
| 2 | teaspoons | cumin | ground |
Cook beans, tomatoes, and onion in crockpot on low all day, until onion is done.
Add garlic, green peppercorns, and cumin 1/2 hour before serving.

Very good way to use imatation crab. I didn't have water chestnuts but was okay without them. I think I might try cream of celery soup next time.
