Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds beef
2 1/2 pounds pork
2 pounds raisins, seedless
1 1/2 pounds apples
1 pound apricots dried
1 pound dried peaches
1/4 pound citron
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon spices
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup apple cider

Directions

Grind and mix all ingredients together.

Simmer two hours.

Can and seal.
