Avocado

Hash browns (frozen)
2 eggs
Soft tortillas
Sliced American cheese
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Butter
White onion
Tomato

Mexican Chorizo meat

Directions

Slice avocado in half, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Cook frozen has browns according to package, fry until browned and crispy. With 2 eggs make any way you like, fried, scrambled, sunny side up.

Take 1 soft tortilla butter entire one side and place butter side down in frying pan with just a little bit of vegetable oil in the pan. Put sliced American cheese and shredded mozzarella on half of tortilla and fold other half of tortilla on top. Fry both sides until cheese is melted and slightly browned on both sides.

Take the Chorizo meat and fry until done.

On your plate, place avocado slice, hash browns, then pile the chorizo meat with fried egg on top of it. Take cheese quesadilla put on plate and place tomatoes, lettuce, and onion on top and scoop sour cream on top.
