| 1 | cup | vinegar | cider |
| 2 | tablespoons | molasses | |
| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | brown |
Mix and marinate the night before grilling. Season before with fresh cracked black pepper and sprinkle with kosher salt to form a crispy crust. Grill on medium heat, until done to your desired doneness. Slice against the grain and serve. Salsa can be added at the table also.
Add some fresh local corn on the cob and your favorite salad and you'll have a great summer barbeque.
