| 1 | each | onion | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | water |
Brown pork chops in a skillet.
In a crockpot, layer ingredients as follows: 1 chop, 1/6 of onion, 1/6 of bell pepper, enough ketchup to cover with a thin layer.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Pour in water.
Cook in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours.

Pretty good shake. I used frozen raspberries. Not too sweet, but very filling and refreshing.
