Ingredients

10 pounds beef eye of round roast
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon oregano
1 small onion diced
1 x salt
1 x black pepper
Sauce
7 3/4 cups water
3 each beef bouillon cube low sodium
8 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
4 teaspoons oregano
1 package salad dressing mix, italian mix
2 teaspoons basil
1 package au jux mix

Directions

Mix vinegar, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce,1 tablespoon oregano and the garlic.

Pour over seasoned meat,s licing onion on top.

Cover lightly; roast at 350 degrees F 3 hours or until done.

Slice when cool.

Before serving, combine sauce ingredients;bring to boil.

Cool 10 minutes,then add sliced beef.

Serve on poorboy buns.

May be refrigerated 2 to 3 weeks.
