| 1/2 | cup | barbecue sauce | |
| 1/4 | cup | pineapple juice | |
| 1 | each | garlic clove | minced |
| 2 | teaspoons | vanilla extract | |
| 1 | teaspoon | allspice | ground |
| 6 | each | pork chops | loin, 1/4 inch thick |
Mix the barbecue sauce, juice, garlic, vanilla and allspice.
Heat electric broiler (not necessary to preheat gas broiler).
Place chops on greased rack of broiler pan.
Broil 3-4 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes on each side or until done, brushing frequently with barbecue sauce.

This cheesecake is to die for. A major hit anong family and friends. Even without the extra chocolate, it is fabulous and very simple.
