| 1 | package | yeast, active dry | |
| 1 | cup | whole wheat flour | |
| 1 | cup | bread flour | |
| 1/2 | cup | oat bran | |
| 1/2 | cup | rolled oats | |
| 4 | tablespoons | gluten flour | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 2 | tablespoons | honey | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cloves | |
| 1/2 | cup | golden raisins | |
| 2 | each | egg whites | or 1 egg or, 1/4 cup egg substitute |
| 8 1/4 | ounces | beets | julienne, drain, save liquid then warm liquid combine with water to equal 1/2 cup plus 3 tbs |
Set Breadmaker's browning control to light.
Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "Start."

I made this potatoe soup last night. My husband and I loved it. I doubled the recipe for left overs. I used the eagle brand milk and instant mash potatoes instead of the milk and flour and added 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste. Served with chopped green onions on top and slice chedder cheese. SUPERB! Absolutely wonderful.
