Ingredients

1package yeast, active dry
1cup whole wheat flour
1cup bread flour
1/2cup oat bran
1/2cup rolled oats
4tablespoons gluten flour
1teaspoon salt
2tablespoons honey
1/2teaspoon cinnamon
1/2teaspoon cloves
1/2cup golden raisins
2each egg whites or 1 egg or, 1/4 cup egg substitute
8 1/4ounces beets julienne, drain, save liquid then warm liquid combine with water to equal 1/2 cup plus 3 tbs

Directions

Set Breadmaker's browning control to light.

Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "Start."

All-Day-Long Potatoe Soup

I made this potatoe soup last night. My husband and I loved it. I doubled the recipe for left overs. I used the eagle brand milk and instant mash potatoes instead of the milk and flour and added 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste. Served with chopped green onions on top and slice chedder cheese. SUPERB! Absolutely wonderful.
