Ingredients

3/4 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
3 cups bread flour
1/2 cup potato flakes instant
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons chives dried
3 tablespoons applesauce
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast, active dry or 2 ts fast acting yeast

Directions

Combine.

Let Rise.

Bake for 40 minutes or until done.

Dorothy's Sweet and Sour Chicken
