| 4 | large | avocados | |
| 1 | cup | white onion | |
| 4 | each | serrano chiles | |
| 1/2 | cup | cilantro | chopped |
| 1/2 | each | tomato | diced |
| 1/4 | cup | white onion | minced |
Peel and pit avocados.
Mash pulp in a bowl or molcajete, and salt to taste.
Add onion, chile, and cilantro. Continue mashing until guacamole is thick and lumpy.
Garnish with tomato, onion, and cilantro.
Serve with corn tortillas or totopos.
Serve immediately.

This recipie is VERY good. It actually tastes very similar to Ragu store bought sauce. I added a few things of my own which made it even better! Your family will never believe you made this yourself!!
