| salsa | Smoky Redonion Salsa | ||
| 1 | small | red onion | cut into 4 slices |
| 1 | each | tomato | cut into 4 slices |
| 6 | tablespoons | lime juice | |
| 1/4 | cup | cilantro | fresh, chopped |
| 4 | dash | red pepper flakes | sauce |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | cracked black pepper |

| 3 | tablespoons | chili powder | |
| 1 | tablespoon | cumin | |
| 1 | tablespoon | black pepper | cracked |
| 4 | each | chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless | 1-1/4 lb. |
| 1 | x | salt | |
| 8 | slices | sourdough bread | 1/2-inch-thick |
| 1/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |
| 1 | x | lettuce | assorted, baby leaves |
1. Heat grill.
2. Make Smoky Red-Onion Salsa: Grill onion and tomato slices 2 per side.
Chop coarsely and transfer to bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Makes 2 cups.
3. Combine chili powder, cumin and pepper in small bowl. Rub all over chicken.
Sprinkle with salt.
4. Grill chicken over medium-hot heat until cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Grill bread until golden, 30 to 60 seconds per side.
5. Top 4 bread slices with mayonnaise, lettuces, chicken, then Top with remaining bread.

Tried it today, very yummmmmy, I added more tomato sauce, tasted very well!
