| 2 | cups | graham flour | |
| 1 | cup | whole wheat flour | |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking soda | |
| 2 | cups | buttermilk |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add buttermilk and mix thoroughly. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
Place pan in the oven, immediately turn thermostat down to 350 degrees F. and let bake one hour.
