| 12 | each | bacon slices | thick peppered,diced |
| 3 | each | garlic cloves | diced |
| 2 | cups | onion | diced |
| 1/2 | cup | sweet red bell pepper | diced |
| 2 | large | anaheim chilies | finely chopped |
| 2 | cans | baked beans | 2 pound each, with bacon and brown sugar |
| 1 | can | frijoles de olla | 15 ounces, drained |
| 5 | each | neem leaves | crushed, or bay or curry leaf |
| 1 | tablespoon | marjoram | freshly chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | summer savory | chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | thyme | chopped |
| 4 | worcestershire sauce | ||
| 1 | each | hot chili peppers | diced |
Melt bacon on low heat in a 6 quart or larger heavy pan.
Pour off most of the fat.
Add garlic, onion, red pepper, and anaheim chile.
Cook on medium heat until onion is transparent.
Add everything, stir, cook on low for 35 minutes, stirring often.
Taste to see if a shot of Hot sauce would help.
