Ingredients

12 each bacon slices thick peppered,diced
3 each garlic cloves diced
2 cups onion diced
1/2 cup sweet red bell pepper diced
2 large anaheim chilies finely chopped
2 cans baked beans 2 pound each, with bacon and brown sugar
1 can frijoles de olla 15 ounces, drained
5 each neem leaves crushed, or bay or curry leaf
1 tablespoon marjoram freshly chopped
2 tablespoons summer savory chopped
2 tablespoons thyme chopped
4 worcestershire sauce
1 each hot chili peppers diced

Directions

Melt bacon on low heat in a 6 quart or larger heavy pan.

Pour off most of the fat.

Add garlic, onion, red pepper, and anaheim chile.

Cook on medium heat until onion is transparent.

Add everything, stir, cook on low for 35 minutes, stirring often.

Taste to see if a shot of Hot sauce would help.
