Ingredients

1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup club soda
1 medium banana peeled
3 cups fruit fresh, pieces
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg ground
1/4 teaspoon cardamom seeds ground
1 tablespoon coconut sweetened

Directions

Combine the orange juice, club soda, and banana in a blender and puree until smooth.

Pour over the fresh fruit mixture. Sprinkle with the nutmeg and cardamom.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Sprinkle on the coconut and serve immediately.

30-Minute Beef Stroganoff

we enjoyed this recipe very much--I added 1/2 tsp of garlic powder to beef as it was browning, and used beef broth and nonfat yogurt. I will make it again.
