Put this out at a party and watch it vanish before the main course even shows up.

Feta and cream cheese get blitzed together with garlic and yogurt until smooth, then oregano, fresh parsley, and a pinch of cayenne go in for that unmistakable Mediterranean warmth. Green olives get pulsed in at the end so they stay chunky and briny throughout.

Scoop it into a crock, top with a sprig of fresh dill, and surround it with pita wedges, crackers, or sliced baguette. No cooking required.

Pro Tips

  • Process the cheeses first until smooth, then add the herbs and seasonings. If you dump everything in at once, the olives will get pulverized before the cheese is blended.
  • Leave the olives slightly chunky. A few pulses is all they need. Those briny little bites are the best part.
  • Let it sit in the fridge for an hour before serving so the garlic and oregano flavors have time to bloom.

Directions

In a food processor or blender, place garlic and cheeses.

Process until well combined.

Add remaining ingredients, except olies, and precess everything together.

Add olives combine with cheeses but leave everything slightly chunky.

Taste, adding salt and pepper if needed. Place in crock and garnish with dill.
