Ingredients

1pound broccoli florets
2cups chicken cooked and sliced
2cans soup, cream of chicken
1/2cup mayonnaise scant
1teaspoon lemon juice
1/2teaspoon curry powder
1/2cup cheddar cheese shredded
1/2cup bread crumbs soft
1tablespoon butterVideo or margarine, melted

Directions

Cook broccoli for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp and arrange in a dish.

Place chicken on top.

Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and pour over chicken and broccoli.

Sprinkle with cheese and combined bread crumbs and butter.

Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.

I've been cooking this recipe for years now. It's a quick-cook, especially if you keep cooked chicken on hand in your fridge. I make my own crouton toppings that I drizzle and toss with butter, then bake 3-4 minutes at 375 with three stir intervals (total of 9-12 min). This is a good simple yummi comforting dish.

This is very tasty, a regular for sure! I used croutons instead of bread crumbs. YUMMMM!

Very yummy dish. I changed one thing though, instead of the bread I used Ritz crackers.
