Ingredients

1 quart vanilla ice cream softened
1 cup maraschino cherries chopped and drained
1 Chocolate chocolate crumb pie crust (9 to 10 inches)
8 each cherries chocolate covered
1 x whipped cream

Directions

Softened vanilla ice cream and add chopped marachino cherries, mix thoroughly.

Pour ice cream mixture into the pie shell. Freeze until firm.

Before serving garnish with whipped cream and chocolate covered cherries.

Warm Beet and Baby Spinach Salad

Excellent. Loved the earthy flavors and clean taste of the belly warming salad. I used canola oil for frying then added a splash of very high quality olive oil in the last minute of cooking. I also used 12 year old balsamic vinegar and flaky Fluer de sel sea salt. Wow, it really makes a difference using high quality ingredients.
