This champagne pomegranate punch comes together in the time it takes to pop a cork. Champagne, pomegranate juice, citrus vodka, and seltzer go into a pitcher, get a quick stir, and that’s it.

The pomegranate turns everything a deep, gorgeous ruby red, and the seltzer keeps it light and fizzy right to the last glass.

Garnish with a twist of lemon and raise your glass.
