| 2 | pounds | catfish fillets | chunked |
| 1 | cup | green bell pepper | |
| 2 | tablespoons | butter | |
| 2 | each | garlic | minced |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | salt | |
| 1 | pound | red kidney beans | |
| 1 | pound | tomatoes | undrained |
| 6 | ounces | tomato paste |
Saute green pepper and garlic in butter until tender.
Add seasonings.
Mix well.
Add beans and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Add fish.
Cover and simmer 15 more minutes until fish flakes easily.

Awesome, it was delicious, I tried this recipe yesterday, all my family love it, just followed the ingredients and direction exactly and the casserole just turned out great. I will definitely make it again.
