Ingredients

16 ounces beans dry
3 each bones rib, left over
2 small onions chopped
1/2 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
1 cup green beans fresh, whole
1 tablespoon chinese five spice
2 quarts water or 'to fill pot'

Directions

Just dump it all in and let it cook.
