3ounces broccoli florets cut into bite-size pieces
3ounces snap beans cut into bite-size pieces*
3ounces kale coarsely chopped
3ounces soybeans (daizu) cooked
1 1/2ounces brazil nuts chopped*
1 1/2tablespoons soy oil *
1/2teaspoon garlicVideo minced
1 1/2ounces chives fresh, minced
1/4teaspoon tarragon *
1/2teaspoon salt

Steam broccoli, snap beans, and kale for 8 minutes or until tender.

Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well.

Serve hot or cold.
