Ingredients

20 each shrimp raw, shelled, deveined, jumbo
2 each garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup brandy
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 each bok choy stems, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1 x lemon juice one lemon
1 x salt
1 x black pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients in bowl and marinade for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Alternate shrimp and bok choy on skewers.

Place on oven proof platter.

Broil 12-14 minutes in oven.

Turn skewers over once and season during cooking.

Baste with marinade if desired.

Serve with tartare sauce.

Chocolate Kahlua Cake

This cake is off the charts deliciou! I just had my first slice and it is freakin' amazing. YUMMMM I would make this every two weeks just to bring to places I go so people can try it. But it's an expensive cake to make, so that won't be happening. Thank you!
