| 2 | tablespoons | margarine | |
| 8 | ounces | cream cheese | |
| 2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | x | preserves | or jam |
| 1 | x | powdered sugar |
Allow margarine and cream cheese to come to room temperature.
Mix until really creamy; add flour amd blend thoroughtly.
Make balls (size of a samll walnut).
Place on slightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten with a glass cover with a damp cloth.
Press an indentation in center and fill with preserves.
Bake 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from sheet and dust with powdered sugar.
