Ingredients

16 ounces black beans
1 tablespoon tahini
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 each lime juiced
2 each garlic clove sliced
1 x salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon cumin ground

Directions

In a food procesor, combine all the ingredients and process till smooth.

Cover and refrigerate till ready to use.

Bring to room temperature before serving.
