| 2 | tablespoons | vegetable oil | divided |
| 3/4 | pound | beef, sirloin tip | or top round steak, 3/4 inch thick, sliced across the grain into thin strips |
| 2 | cups | broccoli florets | flowerets |
| 1 | medium | onion | cut into wedges |
| 1 | clove | garlic | minced |
| 1 | can | soup, cream of broccolli | |
| 1/4 | cup | water | |
| 1 | tablespoon | soy sauce | |
| 4 | cups | rice, cooked | hot |
In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef in one tablespoon oil. Remove from heat.
Reduce heat to medium. In remaining oil cook broccoli and onion with garlic until tender-crisp.
Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling.
Return beef to skillet. Heat through, stirring often.
Serve over rice.
