Ingredients

1each apple peeled and diced
1each orange peeled and diced
8ounces pineapple, canned, crushed
1/2each lemon juice juice of 1/2 of a lemon
1can water chestnuts drained and sliced
3tablespoons ginger preserved
2teaspoons dry mustard
1/4cup parsley leaves chopped
4cloves garlic minced
1/2teaspoon coriander seeds ground
1tablespoon poultry seasoning
4large onions diced
2teaspoons caraway seeds
2teaspoons poppy seeds
2 1/2teaspoons oregano
1each bay leaf
3teaspoons celery seeds
1teaspoon black pepper
1/2teaspoon mace
1/4teaspoon cloves
1/2teaspoon marjoram
1/2teaspoon savory
6each celery stalks diced
1x salt to taste
3large herb stuffing cubes large bags or bread cut into cubes
1pound pork sausage bulk
1/4cup butter

Directions

Take first 6 and mix together in Bowl # 1.

Take crumbs, sausage (yes raw) and butter mix together in Bowl # 3.

Mix the rest together in Bowl # 2.

Blend Bowl # 1 with Bowl # 2.

Mix in Bowl # 3. Stuff turkey.

Best when used with Bacon- Studded Turkey and Green Pepper Gravy.

Leftover Greek Pasta Salad

Boiled some whole wheat pasta last night, then marinated with the leftover cucumber herbed salad dressing, after overnight marinating, the flavor was very good, today for lunch, we added some olives, sundried tomatoes, roasted bell pepper and feta cheese, about 6 minutes, made a delicious brunch.
