| 1 1/2 | cups | apricots, dried | chopped finely |
| 2 | cups | coconut | shredded |
| 2/3 | cup | milk, sweetened condensed | |
| 1 | x | powdered sugar |
Mix apricots and coconut. Add condensed milk and blend well. Shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Let stand until firm.

This Dip is awesome, you just need to add 1 tsp of lemon juice to make just a little bit better
