Ingredients

200 grams pork 切成丝
400 grams capsicum 切成丝
100 grams red pepper flakes 切成丝
5 grams soy sauce
5 grams ammonia salt
5 grams cooking wine
5 grams ginger

Directions

1、肉丝用两勺酱油,一勺淀粉,两勺料酒腌一小会

2、这边把尖椒切丝,红椒切丝,姜切丝

3、锅内油烧至八成热(冒烟),放入姜丝略炒

4、下肉丝炒撒开,待全部肉丝变白后,放入尖椒丝和红椒丝

5、放一勺盐,半勺蘑菇精调味,即可!
