I received this recipe from a friend who knows I love dates. It is an outstanding chocolate square, it is moist, keeps well and freezes nicely.

The dark molasses and all the spices made this sensational gingerbread, and everyone at the dinner table raved about how yummy it came out. Great recipe.

My family loves to eat this fry bread as the base for Indian tacos for dinner or drizzled with honey and powdered sugar for a decadent dessert!
