Followed the recipe exactly, and the pudding came out absolutely delicious. The caramel sauce at the bottom added another layer of yumminess to the buttery and moist delicious cake.

A friend gave me this recipe, it's a layer cake, cake + blueberry + sour cream. This dessert is a huge hit every time I make it.
A quick braise keeps this much maligned "little cabbage" tender-crisp, slightly nutty and not mushy. Dressed simply in a butter mustard sauce seasoned with tarragon.

Pretty darn easy and tasty. I had all ingredients on hand and didn't have to worry about a trip to the store. I didn't use any cayenne because we have small children, but it still came out great. The sauce was tasty over rice!
Made a few changes, and I got a much healthier but super moist and delicious fresh apple cake (see the linked recipe below). I love making everything healthier without losing great flavor and texture, desserts are definitely one of them, especially I have such a sweet tooth :)
Delicately flavored crab stuffed between fillets of buttery and flaky Dover sole. It's a match made in heaven and the ingredients perfectly compliment each other. Best of all it's quite quick and fairly easy to make!
So chocolaty and delicious. This was our dessert after dinner yesterday, in order to feel less guilty, I modified the recipe and made a healthier chocolate pudding cake (see the linked recipe below). It was such an enjoyable and decadent dessert that we really loved.
Definitely felt skeptical before making this dish, not quite sure about both the flavor and the texture. But the result was actually quite outstanding, not fishy at all, very tasty and the texture was pretty good too. Served it with a hard boiled egg, olives aside, and wine vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil drizzled on top with some fresh parsley. Great!
