Directions
In blender, combine milk, peanut butter, sugar, and cocoa; Purée until smooth and transfer to saucepan.
Bring to simmer over medium heat.
Add chocolate chips and heat stirring constantly until chips melt and mixture is smooth (5 minutes).
Garnish w/marshmallows and drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
