Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
Meanwhile, add avocados, garlic, lemon juice, oil, cilantro and nuts in food processor.
Process until smooth, about 1 minute. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Drain pasta and transfer to a large serving bowl. Pour pesto over pasta, toss until well coated.
Sprinkle with more Parmesan. Serve warm.
