Made this dill fish for dinner yesterday, and we enjoyed it! The fish came out light and flakey, and the flavor was refreshingly tasty. A great way to cook any kind of white fish.

Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
Squeeze lime juice over fillets and marinate for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Grease a shallow baking pan with margarine.
Place fillets in baking pan and sprinkle with dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
