Lost favorite smoothie recipe

Lost recipe for smoothie that had blueberries, kale, lemon juice, flax seed oil, and yogurt. Forgot how much of each.

Soap Queen Cuisine: Blueberry Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Kale Leaves (roughly torn)
1 cup Frozen Blueberries
3/4 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 cup Cranberry Juice (not juice cocktail)
1 tbs. Chia Seeds
1 tbs. Honey (optional)

Yield:
About 20 fluid ounces

Time:
5 minutes

Note: In this recipe I used vanilla yogurt but you could also use soy or almond milk if you’re trying to avoid dairy. I didn’t use a sweetened cranberry cocktail juice; instead I used a pure cranberry juice without any added sugar (oooh, tart!). The vanilla yogurt added the perfect amount of sweetness, but if this drink is still too tart you can add a tablespoon of honey or agave syrup to sweeten it up.

Lemon-Lime-Kale Detox Green Smoothie Recipe

The Ingredients
•1 cup water
•1/2 lemon, peeled and seeded
•1/2 lime, peeled and seeded
•1 fresh or frozen banana
•1 cup kale, stems removed
•1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup to sweeten

The Add-ons
•1/2 tablespoon ginger spice or fresh ginger, grated
•A dash of Celtic sea salt
•1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Show Time

Load all these wonderful ingredients into your high speed blender and blend for around 30-45 seconds or until your desired consistency is reached.

Ingredients

•1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
•1 medium banana
•8 oz almond milk
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
•1 tsp flaxseed oil

Directions

Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
