Quick, easy and very yummy! We bought several beautiful, fresh and large portobello mushrooms, this recipe was definitely a keeper! Grilled mushroom added the grilling and smoky flavor, the refreshing bruschetta was so juicy and flavorful, filled into the tender grilled mushroom caps. Beautifully balanced and simply delicious! A great side dish along with barbecued meat.
