Definitely felt skeptical before making this dish, not quite sure about both the flavor and the texture. But the result was actually quite outstanding, not fishy at all, very tasty and the texture was pretty good too. Served it with a hard boiled egg, olives aside, and wine vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil drizzled on top with some fresh parsley. Great!
The flavor was combination was excellent. Next time will add some whole dried chili peppers to give it a bit more kick. We served it over brown rice and could hardly stop eating it.
It's hard to go wrong with lots of garlic, then you add some fresh garden-grown rosemary into these lovely fingerling potatoes with all these delicious garlic. Let oven do the final roasting job...
