This is great. I usually make the "traditional" bread pudding with cinnamon, nutmeg, etc., but had some marmalade that I needed to use and so glad I found this recipe. Very nice orange flavor. I cut the amount of sugar to 1/2 cup and used 1/2 cup Splenda. I would even cut it a bit more next time, since it is very sweet with the marmalade. I also used dried cranberries because that sounded good with the orange (and it was). Thanks for this great way to used up some old French bread.
