A delicious cookie made with old-fashioned oats, cornflakes and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

1 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 T milk
2 t vanilla extract
1 cup vegetable oil
3 1/2 cups flour
1 t salt
3 t baking soda
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup cornflakes cereal, lightly crushed
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup espresso chocolate chips

Ingredients

1 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 T milk
2 t vanilla extract
1 cup vegetable oil
3 1/2 cups flour
1 t salt
3 t baking soda
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup cornflakes cereal, lightly crushed
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup espresso chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º
  2. Sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside
  3. In large mixing bowl cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar and egg.
  4. Beat in milk, vanilla extract and oil.
  5. Stir in flour mixture just until combined.
  6. Stir in oats, cornflakes and chocolate chips.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper or silicone mat.
  8. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. *Substitution: Use 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips
