Ingredients

1 bag of Griller Grounds (frozen)
1/2 medium onion chopped
1/2 bell pepper chopped
1 can dark kidney beans
2 tablespoon cumin or to taste
2 tablespoon chili powder or to taste
cayenne pepper and sea salt to taste
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup tomato sauce

Note: for a hint of sweetness you can add a few drops of ketchup.

Directions

Over medium heat, in a large saucepan add oil, bell peppers, and onions. Let cook for 3 minutes and then add thawed griller grounds and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes. While stirring, add cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes more and add kidney beans and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Taste for seasoning.
