Directions

Cook the hamburger in a hot skillet or grill.

Meanwhile prepare all the topping ingredients.

On a plate, place the pineapple slice, hamburger, caramelized onions, fried egg, beets, tomato slice and shredded lettuce.

Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce drizzled on top if needed.
